2. Services Provided
We offer a range of domestic cleaning services including regular, one-off (spring), and end-of-tenancy cleaning as well as oven, window and carpet cleaning when possible. Please note that exterior cleaning and waste removal are not included in our services.
3. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
To reschedule or cancel your cleaning appointment, we kindly request that you contact us at least 7 days in advance. This allows us the opportunity to manage our scheduling effectively and serve all our clients efficiently.
In the event of a late cancellation or rescheduling (i.e., less than 7 days’ notice), a cancellation fee may apply. This fee can be up to 100% of the estimated cost of the scheduled cleaning service. The exact fee will be determined based on our ability to fill the vacated slot and mitigate the potential loss of income. We strive to be fair in these situations and will assess each case individually.
